What if instead, you want to catch it going off?
First scan with I going on...
I is on, Old is not on so OSI stays off
I is on so Old goes on
Next scan(s)...
I is on and Old is on so OSI stays off
I is on so Old stays on
First scan with I going off...
I is off and Old is on so OSI goes on
I is off so Old goes off
Next scan(s)...
I is off and Old is off so OSI goes off
I is off so Old stays off
Result: OSI is only on for one scan, the one when I went Off
Usage: Imagine I is a push button - OSI can be used to count every time that I is released (Note: If using I, the count would increase while the button is held down)
